What is My Life?
My Life is a platform focused on life recording and family heritage. You can record personal biographies, create family archives, save precious photos and videos, and pass down beautiful memories for generations.
What are the limitations of the free version?
The free version allows you to create 1 personal biography (up to 500 characters) with up to 3 photos. All users enjoy permanent archive service—your data will be securely preserved.
What is a Family Circle?
A Family Circle is an exclusive space for your entire family. You can invite family members to join, collaborate on documenting family history, upload old photos, and share family stories, ensuring your family's memories are preserved for future generations.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Very secure. We use bank-level encryption to protect your data, with all transmission and storage encrypted. We also guarantee 100-year data preservation, ensuring your memories never fade.
Will my biography be made public?
By default, your biography is completely private and only visible to you. You can choose to share it publicly or make it visible only to Family Circle members. Privacy settings are completely under your control.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion in Account Settings. After deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. If you just want to pause using the service, you can choose to freeze your account instead.
Billing & Payments
How do I upgrade to a paid plan?
After logging in, click the "Upgrade" button in your account center, choose a plan that suits you, and complete payment. We support multiple secure online payment methods.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days after payment, if you are not satisfied with the service, you can apply for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment account within 3-5 business days.
Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
All plans are one-time payments with lifetime access. There are no recurring charges or subscription fees. Once you purchase a plan, you keep it forever.
