Eligibility for Refund
- Refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
- Each account is eligible for one refund only
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Order number or payment confirmation
- Reason for refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
We will process your refund request within 3 business days. The actual refund timing depends on your payment provider, typically 3-7 business days for Wise transfers.
Non-Refundable Situations
- More than 7 days since purchase
- Account has been used to generate and export a complete work
- Account was terminated due to Terms of Service violation
- Previous refund has already been issued to the same account
One-Time Purchase Model
My Life operates on a one-time purchase model, not a subscription. When you purchase a membership plan (Basic $299, Standard $899, or Premium $1,999), you receive lifetime access to that tier's features. There are no recurring charges or renewal fees.
Printed Book Orders
For Premium members who request printed books:
- Printed book orders can be cancelled before production begins
- Once production has started, printed books cannot be refunded
- Damaged or defective books will be replaced at no additional cost
